Hi, I'm Sarah. I live in Malvern, Worcestershire with my husband and two little girls.

I have been a fitness instructor since 2011, and have been teaching Veraflow since 2017. I love it!

My classes are based around friendship and building a community. I want everyone to feel welcome, comfortable and enjoy exercise.
